Cancellation before lawyer allotment
If the booking/consultation that you wish to cancel has not been allotted a lawyer, you can write to us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9980572221 (10 am – 6 pm, Mon-Fri). In such cases, the booking will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7 business working days after the cancellation request has been processed by us.
We offer all our customers an easy refund policy. Refunds can be initiated in case of disturbance during the consultation because of technical issues, or lack of understanding between the parties (lawyer and the user), because of the language mismatch. Wherein you can raise a refund request within 3 business days of your online consultation.

In case of refund request, we will initiate the refund only after the consultations have been reviewed and verified internally by our quality control team.
For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of final statement by the quality control team. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
